Is This Acne Or A Rash..? See Picture

My face was so clear and now my neck and sides of face are breaking out terribly in these little bumps...its so hideous and i dont know what to do. COuld this be my hormones, heat rash, acne...please help me. I am so tired of this struggle. My skin was clear a month ago and now I dont know what im battling anymore.

no just been really stressed out.. i dont know if this will go naturally now or if i need to treat it somehow

 

 

i did go into another house not sure if my skin or detergent or something i really dont know

 

ive never had neck acne of any kind so i havent applied anything on my neck

It looks like heat rash to me. Have you tried applying aloe vera.

Doesn't look like acne. Probably an allergy, some sort of rash. I see it going away in a week and half tops. If it persists I suggest going to a dermatologist and having it checked. Its not acne though, so dont worry.

The problem is has spread all along the sides of my facce as well n im thinkin it might be acne but i dont know how i got it so severe

Ive had a rash similar to yours a few months ago! its looks to be either caused by an allergy you had to a certain food, product, etc. Or it could just be a heat rash.. Whatever it may be caused by, you should use plain bar soap (gentle and mild, i reccomend something like dove) and wash it once a day (IF the rash is caused by an allergy trigger or something, then washing it with topical products wont really cure it but theres always the chance that its caused by sweat/bacteria..).

 

Wait around 1-2 weeks to see if the rash seems to improve at all, and if not you should go seek help from a doctor just incase.
