Is This Possible? Cyst On Neck, Stopping Acne On Face?

Hi, so for about the past week now i have had a rather large cyst on the back area of my neck and its quite big. However during the time it has been there i have not been developing any new spots on my face at all really. I dont know if its a coincidence or that the cyst is somehow stopping them from appearing on my face and that they'll all come back once the cyst dies down?

A cyst or spot won't stop them from forming elsewhere, doesn't work like that. If you have excess oil buildup on your face then you're most likely going to get a spot. Probably just coincidence

I get them as well but on the corner of my jaw I think they stop face ance, well in my case it did
