Hi I am posting here as I have basically ran out of ideas of what to do with my acne and I am very afraid of the prospect of developing deep acne scars which is in most cases hard to recover from . I would regard my current acne is rather severe as compared to most posts I seen in this forum and my current circumstances makes it hard for me to maintain my acne. I am an Asian in early twenties serving as a full time national serviceman in a tropical country in South East Asia whereby it is pretty much summer all year round=/. My army camp is a very dusty place and I often find myself getting associated with a lot of dust and often my face will get pretty much covered in dust by the end of the day as the only thing i could do is to use my shirt to wipe my face from dust .The hot weather didn't help as well and soon enough the environment combined with the weather resulted in my acne spiraling quite out of control. I was on a 1 month Accutane course initially but I stopped it after 20 days as the side effects were rather undesirable. Now I am pretty much out of ideas and would love to hear some opinions on what to do right now =(.
