I have oily-combination skin and lately I've been dealing acne. I can't use most acne creams because I'm allergic to benzoyl peroxide and my skin is REALLY sensitive. I also deal with mild eczema, which is mainly on my lower body but sometimes I can get dry patches of skin.

I have little bumps all over my skin, which aren't even appearing to be spots. I think they're milia and they just won't go away. After the milia goes away - I am then left with a spot, which eventually becomes a white head. I don't often pop whiteheads, due to them getting worse with my skin type but when I do they become scabs and I've currently got one which WON'T go away and I don't know what to do about it.

I can't use any benzoyl peroxide products because I'm allergic to them. I also don't drink milk and drink herbal tea, and water regularly. The only thing I don't do is exercise regularly. Does anybody have any products that they recommend?

Hi Sam. I am also dealing with eczema but my regimen of Differin and aczone is not irritating it. I don't think this will get rid of my acne but it's a start.

Thanks for the advice! I rarely get irritation from my eczema. My eczema is currently calming down ever since I stopped drinking dairy. I sometimes get frustrated when I drink dairy, which usually tends to give me a few spots but I think I should treat myself sometimes(It's not a good idea). I sometimes get red patches across my body, which lasts a few days but my eczema doesn't irritate my skin. It just looks extremely dry. :)
