Hello Acne.org forum. I'm new here but i need some help. I have mild acne, and it's not much of a problem. My face, particularly my nose, gets very oily and it's hard to control it. Some months back in September i went to my pediatrician to check a certain pimple on my nose that hasn't been going away, and was quite red. She prescribed me topical tretinoin and oral doxycycline hyclate antibiotics. After about a month of no results we gave up. Ever since then i've been having issues with it. It's reduced size, but never really goes away, and a couple new ones have formed. I have three of these little bastards on my nose now. Currently, i've been using Benzoyl Peroxide 10% and it's been doing pretty well with the rest of my face. Not sure what the pimples on my nose are, and they haven't been coming to a head. I've stopped trying to pop it because it just makes it worse.

Attached are pictures of my nose, and if anyone could help me identify them and what i should do i'd really appreciate it. Thanks
