I'm not even sure, ok ...if it blisters , and it's just flat, then it could be a cold sore if its just hard , then its probably a pimple , sometimes cystic pimples can develop right at the end of the lip line.

Lately I have been getting these flesh look bumps , but mine have an open pore , the dermatologist kept saying they are cold sores,I treated then with valtrex but didn't do much, then I started treating then like pimples because they had like a whitehead.
