Ok so I will show you guys comparison shots. I know it's suppose to take time but I am just worried that it won't go down. Is this normal for it to have not even have really went down that much?

No, I'm sorry. 
I want to be honest, but it should be going down significantly after 12 hours. You may need another shot, but I suspect you may need it drained if it doesn't improve with cortisone. It does look a little smaller in the last picture, but it may take another shot.
