I've had these things on the back of my neck ever since I've had acne which started in my teens. I'm now 20 and still have them? Are they scars or just bad acne still? Whats my best course of action to get rid of it? Really makes me insecure and hate when people are behind me because I know there looking at it.
They are not scars. You still have acne.To clear that up, Scars are little holes in the skin that do not fade awy over time. Acne marks are flat red spots that remain after a pimple has healed and fade in a few months. What you've got is acne that should be treated. Have you checked the regimen on this site?
