I've had an annoying spot on my face for days and ive been waiting for it to either fade or develop bacteria. It built up with bacteria and had a head, or maybe there's two!? Anyway, I heated it up with warm water and lighlty pushed against it and the contents flew out on to the mirror! Is it ok to do this? I've read various stuff, some say yes get rid when at the right moment. Others suggest not.

I dont want any scars, but they've always healed fine on my face. I did get scars on my back though.

The way I look at it is if im sleeping and it bursts and im rolling my face in it then that's worse than removing it when ready?
