I stopped using The Regimen around 3-4 weeks ago. My skin's been pretty clear, (i believe my acne was from makeup) ive only gotten around 2 big zits. One of my bigger zits wouldnt go away, so i used Burt's bees spot treatment on it (salicylic acid) and it went away quickly. I then began using the salicylic acid all over my forehead. I broke out yesterday where i applied the salicylic acid, and the pimples are very small, no heads, and under the skin. Are these from the salicylic acid, or is my acne coming back? thank you 
It's most likely the SA you put on it. It dropped your skin pH and you've reacted because of it. Just don't pop and it should clear up.
Thank you very much! I stopped using the Burt's bees the second my break out started, so hopefully they'll clear up in the next week or so.
