Hey everyone!

Several years ago my acne had bad (adult) acne - cystic type. Some years ago, when I started to have acne, she educate myself in this matter. I mean, she had severe acne and now she has a scarless baby smoth skin!

She told me lots of tricks and tips (like face masks, needling and other homemade solutions). However, she also told me about Talc (dust). She say it was awesome for oily skin because talc absorbs sebum.

My question: Talc is an alkaline mineral, so it is supposed to brek acid mantle and thus provoking more pimple and bacteria spreading. Have you ever heard of it? Does it really work?

I can't use anything with talc because it breaks me out.

No talc is good for your skin and no talc is safe.

If you're going to use any powder, use silica based powder.
