I'm a fan of this zinc cream I got on amazon called margarite zinc cream...it's very drying and it's flesh colored, so I like that too

but I put a very tiny dab over the area that popped, I find it treats and dries it out

my other favorite thing is sudocrem, but that is a thick white cream, reminds me of diaper rash cream...again just a little tiny dab on there

You can use witch hazel and dab it on with a cotton ball.

It's for the face and body..... so yeah.

Put a big glob of 2.5% BP on that sucker and take an ibuprofen.
