I have tiny skin colored bumps on my chin that have been there for going on 3 months now and they have no sign of going away. They started out on the right side in a little cluster then they started popping up on the left side. They dont itch or burn and they arent painful. It could be viral. I'd get that checked out by a dermatologist.

Doesn't look like acne to me. I'd get it checked out by a derm, like the poster above said.

Yeah, my first thought was herpes simplex, but if they don't itch or burn then perhaps not. Are you prone to eczema? It almost looks like a severe eczema rash to me, and those don't always itch or cause pain.
