So I'm 14 and I'm a guy and I have had acne since I was 12. Before that I would just get occasional pimples but my skin was flawless. And around age 13 I started to get hundreds of little bumps on my chin which I had no idea what they were then, but I think they are blackheads. Anyway so they started to turn into pimples and that's where my acne troubles begain.

So the next thing that happens was last summer i went canoeing for the day and didn't put sunscreen on and got sunburn really bad especially on my nose

So then what happened was the skin on my nose started peeling and I was stupid and picked at it and somehow little crater looking scars formed in my pores, Most of them are fairly shallow. I didn't even have acne on my nose so I know I didn't pop any zits. And these other scars formed and they are like lines or something all across my nose, almost like really shallow cuts. I have googled about them and have found nothing that looks like them so I have no idea.

And then what happened next is my nose started producing lots of oil. I'm not sure if it was while it was healing or after but ever since then my nose has been shiny 24/7! I cannot go 30 minutes without there being droplets of oil in my nose pores!! As a result of the oilyness every single pore in my nose has a blackhead in it.

And on top of all that my cheeks have been red off and on for the past couple weeks!

I wash my face twice a day and I use olay foaming cleanser for combination oily skin and I drink a lot of water.
