How do I heal this picked spot???! I know I shouldn't have picked it but I did:( it's kinda a hole but I took a q tip and hydrogen peroxide on it and turned it white and now there's this how do I fix it?? Will it scab? Thank you

Hydrogen peroxide does that, it turns the affected skin white. It will eventually go away, and probably scab. Try taking a shower and let the water run over your face for a bit, or steam your face, or a hot wash cloth over the area might help.
