well this looks like a chistic acne! if you go to a dermatologist it will prescribe you Accutane! but i don't recommend this kind of treatment! some antibiotics will do the trick too! you can ask your dermatologist for an antibiotic! I recommend you a cream that contains some isotretinoin 0.01% and a good moisturizing cream like Clean-AC from Avene!note: the antibiotics will help you to beat this breakout but it can happen to come back! you must keep it under control with your diet and face treatment daily routine!

i have the same acne as you, on my left cheek too, but not quite as severe. i'm currently doing the regimen. you could try the regimen too. you should also either sleep with your head up/on your right side, or make sure to regularly change your pillowcases

This is the type of acne I get and have. I wouldn't necessarily say it's cystic acne though. It's more like nodules that are a bit painful if you touch them. Can't exactly tell what you're asking though. If you're looking for some help, more information is needed.. I would start with how old you are, how long you've had acne, etc.
