I just used an over the counter treatment of clean and clear continuous acne control, but I also think i was one of the lucky ones whose acne clears up at a certain age.

I agree with leadingforce; I think you've got a lot of hyperpigmentation going on. In my experience lactic acid works very well for this type of issue.

The sun darkens scars- so i would wear spf everyday. Like Cerave A.M

What can I do to get rid of the redness? It doesn't look bad in regular daylight it just looks like that when I'm right under the lighting.

you need to exfoliate so using a chemical peel or Alpha hydrox acid glycolic acid 10% would help , blemish cleanser with salyclic acid can help over time aswell
