Dermatologists are wastes of time and lottttts of money

Go to a derm- but make it clear that you aren't keen on just trying things. They will just keep giving you products to try and in the end you will be worse off than you started.

Should i go to a Dermatologist or Acne Specialist. Which one is better ?

I went to a derm. Waste of my time. Being in my area one where such specialties are limited often specialty clinics "fly in" their doctors for certain periods and host "skin weeks". I have never felt so ashamed of myself and felt like the crud of the earth after I got out of that clinic. Sure, i was given resources and trial products to try for my problem. However, the beside communication and empathy where extremely lacking. The derm was an $%^& and my nurse at the time was not good at his job. CRAZY as it sounds i met the same dude years later in surgery. Kept talking how he made a transition from the derm clinic to surgery. I recognized him, and i bet he did me as well. But, thanks to HIPPA no words were exchanged. I would have laid into him had he said anything.

That aside, i would see a regular primary doctor. They are often just as good.
