It seems you have problem with vitamin D in blood.. Go to the lab and test yourself ... ago 2 days i did my test and it was 28ng/ml...the optimal range is 50-70ng/ml... Becouse if u are often ill or u are more acne prone in winter season( When there is no Sun) , thats becouse of vitamin D(D3). At the moment i am using 10000IU per day of vit D to reach my optimal levels...

Yep, this always happens to me too. I think it's just that your immune system focusses on the thing that's the greater threat so while it's preoccupied fighting your illness it doesn't bother with the acne so much for a while. Obviously that's a really simplistic way of putting it but that's my understanding and I'm no scientist! Hope you feel better soon.

My acne would actually decrease when I was sick.
