Hey,

I just to get some personal feedback and experience for those who have taken zinc for their acne? I am currently looking for ways to help with my scars and get rid of those little bumps that take forever to go away.

Anyway, please share, thank you smile.png

Below is my current regime:

Morning

-Wash face a gentle cleanser by my derm (I lather the gel and pat on my face using the palms and then using my fingertips on those confined areas.)

-Soak Epsom salt with water and spread the mixture all over my face, as gentle as possible. Leave it for 20mins-40mins then rinse.*

-Moisturize with Aloe Vera Gel if needed.

Afternoon

-Splash face with lukewarm water and then cold if skin feels oily.

-Drink green tea (3-5cups)

Night

-Wash face a gentle cleanser by my derm (I lather the gel and pat on my face using the palms and then using my fingertips on those confined areas.)

-Soak Epsom salt with water and spread the mixture all over my face, as gentle as possible. Leave it for 20mins-40mins then rinse.*

-Moisturize with Aloe Vera Gel if needed.

-Treat with BP 5% on troubled areas

On top of these, I also make sure I have a healthy diet by cutting off sugar, caffeine, dairy, fried food etc.

*depends on my skin condition but I'll use epsom salt at least once a day because it helps to calm the redness so much and my skin feels so clean and brighter after it.

Attached files are photos of my current condition, as you can see I have scars left from 3 years of battle with moderate acne. I looked like I got kidnapped in it. lol.post-217241-0-67049800-1381676741.jpgpost-217241-0-50439300-1381676830.jpg
