I was just wondering has anyone been wronly diagnosed with rosacea when in fact you had acne? How can differenciate between the two conditions? I have used high dose accutane which made my skin flawless but 2 months after finishing the spots came back which my doctor says indicates rosacea as acne does not come back that quick. Is this statement true?
