Nodule Inside Of Mouth?

Hey,

So I have one nodular acne lump on cheek.

I have had this for around 2 months and I literally in the past 10 minutes became aware of a nodule feeling lump on the inside of my mouth directly beneath the lump on my cheek.

I managed to take a look with a mirror and it has a dark red colour. This freaked me out as I have never experienced this or heard of this before.

What should I do?

Assuming you still have it you should have it looked at. The thing on the outside and the thing on the inside may be totally unrelated. Dentists look at lesions in your mouth and will send you to a s specialist if necessary.
