Hello!

I've been using a normal routine such as cleanser, salicylic acid acne treatment, and a CeraVe moisturizer every night. Recently, I've been developing these tiny fleshed colored bumps all over my face. Normally, you would not be able to see it. But under direct sunlight or any light, it comes out. It is the same color as my skin but just raised.

Any ideas as to what they are and how to treat them? Pictures included. Please help!!
