basically I have been using differin fro three weeks and one day and it dries my skin makes it red and irritated but that's not what I am concerned about, after I wash my face and wait for 10 minutes my skin feels dry but then when I put the moisturizer on my skin softens and the when I touch to feel it I see some kind of water/liquid on the my fingers or the back of my hand is that normal? am really scared so please anyone tell me what that might be
