Is Plain Yogurt With Milk Fat (M.f) O.k For The Skin?

I was looking for a plain yogurt in the grocery store to make a yogurt mask mixture. I came down to a brand that had two types of plain yogurt. One is 2% M.F (Milk Fat) and the other is 3.2% M.F. I bought the 3.2% Milk Fat as I read a while back that milk with fat in it is actually good for the skin. I'm not 100% sure if this is true or not though. So I want to ask here if anyone knows whether Milk Fat (M.F) in plain yogurt is O.K for the skin. Can it be harmful in any way? I'm doing this yogurt mask because I'm trying to fade my acne red spots left over. I don't get acne anymore and the purpose of this mask is to fade acne marks.

Thanks if anyone can help me out!

Yoghurt is often used in homemade masks/face washes. So i think it's perfectly fine to use it. You can pick up some oats as well and grind them up in a food processor and add them to the yoghurt to give it a thicker consistency. Organic oats would be even better, and stony field farms makes a plain whole milk organic yoghurt, and it isn't expensive. You can find it at your local grocery store or wal mart.
