Hi

(I didnt know where else to put this post)

 

I am a 18 year old guy who has tried quite a few products, anti biotics, creams, vitamins and healthy food diets.

 

None of them seems to make my acne get as good as i want it to be. Ive stopped using any pills, creams etc. and only eat healthy food, take vitamins and use moisturizer.

 

Ive had acne for about 2 and 1/2 years now and it has gotten slightly better over time, which kind of tells me this is hormonally due to puberty and will go away with time.

 

I was just woundering what level you think my acne is? light, moderate, severe? post-186606-0-20994800-1355436758_thumb.

Any one has any other tips to help my acne as seen in the picture?

Hard to tell by the picture but I would say light to moderate. It doesn't look like you even have an active spots, just hyper-pigmentation.

Red marks mostly go away with time, but there are methods that people use to try and speed up the process. For example, exfoliating, puting aloe vera / lemon juice on your marks, etc
