This regimen will definitely work don't get me wrong. Die off only usually lasts a few weeks and they were all small pimples just lots of them. It's my body for sure, it's been damaged by all the antibiotic use. Just wanted to see if anyone had something similar happen.

Hello buddy,

What do you think about blood cleansers? Like Burdock Root, Dandelion Root, Yellow Dock Root?

I have been following this for a week now, and I'm finding that towards the afternoon/evening my stomach gets quite gassy and I feel constipated. Though it seems great in the morning... Everything moves like it should be ;) I'm just confused as to why it's making it harder to go to the toilet? Anyone know why that might be?

Are you drinking enough water? Not drinking enough water when you are taking fiber supplements can make you feel constipated. I felt like that too for a few days and I realized I wasn't drinking enough.

at least 64 0z or more a day. Otherwise you won't go number 2. Just make sure to keep a steady flow through out the day.

Also, try to separate the supplements 2X3 times per day and then drink water prior to consuming them. This should help a lot.

Also i take b12, b, fish oil, are these ok to take with these new vitamins? Thanks so much!!!! Hope to hear from you soon

How do you take the multivitamin and the probiotic? is it like 3 hours after taking doxy? I'm now taking doxy (it's been a month). But, it's quite difficult to manage the time to take the vitamins. Most vitamins contain calcium (vit c included) and while I'm on doxy, I have to be careful not to take doxy with calcium. I take doxy at 7 am and later at 8pm.

I've actually done some research before trying the regimen and read a few mixed reviews on taking Multivitamins. Is it possible to break out from the multivitamins since it contains Iodine? If so, is taking the multivitamins absolutely essential to completing this regimen or can the regimen be done without the use of Multivitamins? The brand of Multivitamins i purchased is by Nature Made. I have decided to begin the regimen once I obtain my Fiber pills.

Okay thanks! I had to google how much 64oz was... I'm in the uk and I do things in ml, so I should be drinking nearly 2 litres a day. I was drinking maybe half! Lol. Hopefully that will help!

The reason I use the "One a Day multivitamin" is because it contains no Iodine. Thats why I recommend it. You shouldn't break out though. Theres not nearly that much iodine. Theres far more in dairy products than one multi.

Once you start taking the multivitamin there will be no need to take the other vitamins. And you can get them at the GNC too.

Hi, im 21 and have had moderate/severe acne for 4 years now. Tried countless antibiotics and virtually every bp treatment going. At the moment I look worse than ever. Hence I am interested in giving this regimen a go. I live in the UK and have tried to track down everything I need, this is what I have come up with:

http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_detail.asp?pid=124&prodid=145&sid=0

http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_detail.asp?pid=703&prodid=746&sid=0

Could you let me know if these are the right products? Thanks

Hi again, one more question regarding the regimen. I already take Zinc and Vitamin C tablets, is it better if I stop taking these as well as the ones on the regimen?

hey guys i've been following this thread and wanted to follow up on some results

*as a quick side note, i really have a problem with all the people asking about when to take what involving a prescription medication, PLEASE ask your doctor. Even though these are just antibiotics, no one on this forum knows your medical history and specific conditions besides your doctor. only your doctor should be giving you advice on how to mix prescription medications with other supplements you want to take

ok with that out of the way, i'd like to thank spriorda for this thread. i was pretty clear before i started this regimen, with only about 5-7 spots but i was still getting nodules and a few cysts pretty regularly. this regimen along with a few other things are helping tremendously and i have no more new spots and only a few remaining which are fading fast. here's what i've done:

2x a day, i will:

wash my face - raw african black soap - this stuff is ABSOLUTELY the best face was EVER, especially for oily skin. i only get the one that is raw and doesn't contain any additives like shea butter. just take a small amount, lather it up and prepare for a brighter face

apply a serum - i use sulfur clearing serum by gardenofwisdom. it works very well to help treat existing acne and prevent new ones, has other beneficial ingredients, and no harmful benzoyl peroxide. GOW has MANY useful products. I also use other antioxidant serums from there at night sometimes. i also use their mandelic acid sometimes at night. this stuff is great at smoothing your face and brightening complexion. this website also has the very best customer service i have ever seen

use a moisturizer - i use cerave but i'd be willing to switch. has anyone found a good plain moisturizer for oily skin?? i also use neutrogena sheer touch sunscreen spf 45 when i go outside

now as for diet, i have COMPLETELY cut out dairy and sugar. This was the most beneficial out of anything i could have done for my acne i found that anytime i would consume either of these two, i would usually break out the next day. I also take 1000 mg of vitamin C twice a day (helps with complexion), 50 mg of zinc picolinate, and the regimen spirorda uses (probiotic, fiber, and a multivitamin) i also take soluble fiber to help with insulin levels after a meal. drinking lots of water throughout the day also helps

my regimen has really prevented and healed my acne and my face is actually bright and smooth, which i NEVER thought i would ever say. i hope my regimen can help anyone out!

Thankyou, I'm going to go pick up everything you mentioned tommorow.

Can I buy the materials at GNC?

Anyways, thankyou for the help. This should hold me off until I go back on Accutane =)
