Okay it's day five now, umm... lets see,
* the cysts I had haven't surfaced or erupted, but they have shrunken almost to nothing, and are barely noticeable...but they are there.
* At about day three I got a new cyst on my chin and another on my jawline. the one on my chin has been getting closer and closer to the surface, and now is protruding from my face a lot... I'm probably gonna do something about that one today. The jawline one is slower to respond, just a big red deep bump.
* Other than the cysts, the rest of my skin has been clearing up nicely, with no new breakouts or anything. Once my skin got used to it, now it feels good, tight and not oily like before.
* I feel like this regimen is really pulling all the crap out from below and I'm excited to continue with it. Those "new" cysts were probably there already, I just didn't know it yet.
* Not gonna get too detailed, but havent noticed anything different regarding the fiber pills.

i too have been on the reg for the last week and all i can say is WOW! my results are almost identical to jeff's. i also stopped spot treating and the difference is amazing! i have noticed positive benefits too from the fiber pills in more ways than one and that's all i have to say about that...lol.
right now i have cleared up all existing cysts, and now there a few coming to the surface but they aren't painful or obnoxious looking. in fact, i think i might be the only one who can tell.

hi 🙂 i did the same thing (covered with just a dot of adult acnomel during the day when out of the house to hide embarassing areas). anytime i'm at home, i do not cover the spots at all. yes, without the acnomel, the healing rate seems to be faster. i was hesitant to just let them go uncovered, but it's definitely working. 🙂

The less extra stuff you put on the better. This reg relies big time on letting your face breath and not choke with other stuff on it.

Psyllium husk is known for digestion cures. It makes total sense that it will help clear acne because acne starts within. Psyllium expands in the colon and pushes all the garbage out. Most adults with acne have digestive problems therefore the toxins never leave the body. They then go out through the skin causing acne.
I've had acne since I was 17 years old. I am now 27. I would get huge flare up EVERYDAY.
4 weeks ago (before I even saw this post) I went online and found a site about cleansing and how many people said their acne cleared up and their hair was thicker and/or shiny. I noticed psyllium husk was the main ingredient in many of these detox cleansing programs.
I went out and bought some psyllium wafers. They tasted good so I ate 2 or 3 a day.
In one week, I had everyone asking me why is my skin looking so good.
I searched 'psyllium' and 'acne' the next day and that is when I found this site and this post.
It obviously works and the Oxy products are probably speeding it up on the outside.
Psyllium husk on the inside and Oxy on the outside....it makes so much sense.
I am so glad that I found this post because I thought I was just crazy and it was just me. This stuff really works people.
bfg, do you think that's once I'm clear, I could just keep using the psyllium capsules, but stop with the oxy stuff. It gets a bit expensive, all those things aren't sold on this side of the big pond, so instead of the oxy stuff I could buy some other cleanser sold over here. No need for the strong stuff, once it's clear, right? I'd still keep using the capsules.

Most likely if you stop the oxy stuff the acne will return. Probably not quite as bad as before because your on fiber. But it will return and you might even land a cyst here and their. Its a huge gamble I did twice and pay for it dearly. I'm trying to see if I can get somebody to offer international shipping in bulk. So it keeps the price done.

aii... nogood, i think we are on the same boat. I'm also living in the other side of the pond and its so painful to pay 3 times more expensive because of the shipping costs. I even cannot find the psyllium capsules here, so I just bought them from the states.

I just wanted to say that this sounds extremely promising and that Ive never seen anybody so enthusiastically dedicated to helping other people on this board. I understand that you are clear now and it is extremely generous of you to find the time to come back to this somewhat depressing place and share your insights.
I will definitely try this once My Tane course transpires and the cysts inevitably start creeping back and I am so happy that this time I will have a back up plan. I have already began considering my 3rd course and if this regimen can prevent that then words would not begin to describe my gratitude. I'm even going to save a text copy of the ingredients and procedure just in case Dan gets jealous again.

oh man, bfg's bringing out the big guns for the chat session.
The format of the chat will be as follows
I will allow down the list of names to give questions. In which I will put in the chat typing so that you know I'm working on typing up the answer. Only the current user that has been called can submit a question. Everybody will be able to get their questions in when their name has been called. This will structure the chat so that everything is fair down the board. The last half of the chat will be the free chat in which everybody can talk at the same time and I will chime in if any small questions are ask that obtain to the reg. Lets also atleast try keep the chat clean. I dont know if Dan Kern will be involed with the chat session I have not spoken to him about it. He is more then welcome as well to sit in. This is probably going to be the most people that has been on the acne.org chat box. So lets atleast show that we can hold a respectable chat session. I will log all the questions and answers. So that it can be avaliable for people to read if they missed the chat session. I will post the chat log on this thread. I'm excited to talk to all of you live. I'm sure you feel the same towards getting to talk to me live as well. I dont like to create such strict rules but in order for this chat session to be productive and structured we got to have some form of control. So its not one big blob of questions and mass confusion.

Just wanted to stop in and say, yes this regimen does work. I was highly doubtful, but I got my acne under control once again and am clear.
And yes the fiber is integral to it. I didn't take my fiber for one day and had one whitehead appear the next day. I'm only taking 4 fiber pills a day because as I've said before, my digestive system is highly sensitive, but that seems to be working for me anyway.
