in my experience with cysts, pimples don't go away unless the hard seed comes out, so let the regimen do its job.
john - how do i get those "seeds" out? i know they're under the hard, raised bumps on my face but i don't know how hard to squueze or any other tricks to get it out. i do get some surface liquidy pus (sorry, tmi, i know) and a very small amount of blood, but it hurts so badly that i stop. i never seem to be able to get that seed thing out. any tricks or tips?
just a quick note.Bfg you said to put a shot glass in a microwave, is there something better than that i could use to pump out the head of my cyst?
Putting a shot glass in a microwave or any other glass in a microwave isn't exactly safe
Its perfectly safe. I have done this for years never had a problem. Just microwave the glass for like 5 min just use common sense.
I started taking the fiber tabs three weeks ago and i also noticed my acne getting worse mostly where i was already prone to acne(lower cheek/jawline), but also places that i rarely get a cyst like my forehead and chin, now its getting back to normal.I havent applied the chill factor or bar soap cuz i just started using duac gel and dont want to mix the two even though i got strong skin.
Its getting back to normal because you stop the drawing effect. After stoping the reg you will notice a clearing then your acne will return. Full Force. Duac Gel is not the way to go.
My new site I think will better help everybody out. I'm not gonna be like Dan and say your doing the reg wrong. But I will write in better detail how the reg should be applied and if your doing it wrong.

A long time ago I asked my grandmother what people did back in the old days when they had acne. She laughed and said well there were allot crazy things people did to solve there acne problems back then. Anything from rubbing egg whites on their face to some more wild exotic stuff she said that you donAaat want to hear about. Well I asked her was there anything she knew for sure people did for acne that did work. She said well yes there was one thing. She said that it was popular for people to eat raisins to help prevent acne. I was like really she said yap. Well talk on a little more and ended the conversation. Well a few years have past and my grandmother has past away. I have tried and awful allot of regimen to stop these severe acne boils and pimples I get. I tried blotcha's regimen and it has help clear me about 85% to 95% but I would still get a pimple or boils but of course they didnAaat last to long. But still the aggregation was still there. So when watching TV a few weeks back I was thinking allot about my grandmother and what she said about what people did for acne back in the old days. I remember she said they would eat raisins. Well I figured I give it a shot went up to the store got the medium size individual boxes of sun dried raisins. Ate a box a day and within 3 days I noticed and improvement in my face. The existing pimples and boils came to a head almost overnight or within a day. It felt like no new pimples were forming. I was like this was a fluke. So the next day ate the next individual box of raisins. And kept doing this for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks my face is perfectly clear. Plus I noticed since eating the raisins I have and awful allot of bowl movements. Which is probably a good thing. I have tried Dan's Regimen and Blotcha both work very well. but have only reach me to the 85 to 95% clear mark. The one thing that have shot me to 100% was eating raisins. I asked a guy at work who had really bad acne to try eat allot of raisins. He said he would try it. Well within a week I notice a 85% improvement on his face. His face went from looking really bad to looking just slightly pimpled. He's all smiles now when coming into work. So the regimen is very simple eat one individual medium size box of raisins everyday. I have found you can never eat to many. So its pretty fool proof. Try it see what you think.
Hmmm... I dunno about this.

Yes indeed it is. The raisins performed the same function as the fiber but the fiber is easier to take. I was on Dan Reg. But found later on it stop working and hence my acne came back. Blotcha reg worked but made my face so dry and raw it was crazy. Plus my face was looking really burnt. I was accepting that being clear meant having a burnt and dry face and wearing bp was the norm in life. While on the raisins my acne wasnt nearly as bad. I was happy at the time of this posting due to the fact that my acne was 85 to 90 percent clear. Eventually my acne started to return after being on those regs for a while. My severity of acne was down quite a bit since I was on the raisins. Which transferred over to fiber.
I dont know what your intentions where by posting a old post. Since this was not done in a form of a question. I therefore take it as being a attack. but I will say if your trying to dig up something from a past acne post to counter act my existing thread. It aint gonna work. I back everything I have said in the past. I highly support the raisins reg. But I have found it way to hard to maintain it. I have already clearly stated all of this a few post back. Dans Reg does work temp to long term but its the wrong kind of clear all around plus on me and several others their acne eventually returned. Plus I found it to hard to maintain and took to long. Blotcha regimen deals with using hard abrasive to exfoliate the skin and a bp that is way to thick and contain ingredients I did not like and are pore clogging.
Infact not to burst your bubble. I plan on providing a full detail list copy of all my previous regimen post that I did in the past. And what happen during the course of them. This will be provided on the new site. So their is no need to search and go back. Some of which are my old benzaclin thread. etc. 😀
Just an update on my progress: I've been on this regimen for a little under a week and a half. Currently have two or three spots that are clearing up. Overall the improvement has been HUGE. My complexion looks dramatically better than it did just one week ago. Even old marks have cleared up super quickly. I've had to start using moisturizer because my skin has been ridiculously dry and tight but it's definitely worth it. I love the feeling of not having to worry whether there's new pimples forming during the day. I definitely recommend that everyone give this a try!
christy, please do not do anything for your cysts. Its impossible to get the seeds out unless they are super close to the surface. Dr. Fulton, the inventor of retin-a, does not allow any extractions of cysts unless you have been on a regimen for three weeks. Any disturbance to cysts while they are inflamed will jsut push the seed deeper and leave ugly hyperpigmentation or scars on your face.

John1234 I Sent you a pm a while back you did not answer it.
Just wanted to give an update. My skin is still great, clear, and showing no signs of getting acne back. I have had one or maybe two very small whiteheads that come and go in a matter of a day, but nothing else. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, this is very exciting!
For those who are on Accutane right now and curious about a post treatment regimen, I can't recommend this one enough!
Happy Halloween, all.
Update: I'm on day 7. On day 6, I had a derm appt, and my doctor felt that three of the worst cysts I have needed to be drained. Just guessing, but I believe that without this reg, they would not have been close enough to the surface, and I'd still be suffering from them. All my cysts have definitely moved closer to the surface since starting.
Note: I have very sensitive skin - bfg or john, you think this may be kicking in faster for me because of this?
Still keeping everything up, but avoiding the immediate area of the incisions with the Chill Factor for a day or so.
Hope this is working for everyone. Ive tried everything and ive just ordered all the items to start this regimen.
Accutane worked great for me but now my acne has returned about 6 month later, not severely enough to go back on tane but its back anyways and seems to be getting worse. Tane was the only thing that worked for me, Dans regimen was no good for me.
Im in the UK so its hard to get hold of this stuff. Anyone in the uk should use the u.s ebay to find the items. It works out at around A25-A30 for everything including the postage.... Which is fine by me if it works.... Thanks for the regimen and i hope it works for me, will keep an update in this thread once i start
Thanks Gibs, I'm in a similar boat as you, would love to hear how it goes.
yeah ill definately keep it updated. Ive been on these forums over a year ( on different accounts but i lost my old email address and password for here lol) and never posted. Now ive seen what people say on this ive decided to join up again and give this regimen a try...
So far N-Lite laser treatement, Lymicycline (sp?), Tetracycline, Retin-A, Differin, Dans Reg, and loads of over the counter stuff has failed to completely clear me up.... Accutane was the only thing that worked but its came back after 6 month... If this reg doesnt work ill be going on tane again. My derm says its never been severe enough to take accutane but i got it and its the only that has worked so i would try it again if this doesnt work......
Ill keep you updated.......
I'm sorry guys I haven't been able to talk with you. But I have been very busy making a website that will support this reg allot better. It close to nearing completion it has some final touches I want to put on it. I will inform everybody on this thread what the link is. But I will not post the link on this board to stay in line with forum rules.
Hey guys,
I'm on day 13-- And thigs aren't so pretty. I think I've got my first cyst in two weeks forming right i the middle of my forehead! Ive also got several other pimples all over. I also don't feel like I'm healing as fast....???
But, alas, I will keep on trucking.
How is everyone else doing???
Better get a post in here since I want the link. I have been on DKR since April but I decided to try bfg's regimen. I am on Day 3 today. So far the amount of whiteheads are reduced. I have several cyst on my right jaw line below my ear and the goal is to get rid of those. It is still too early to tell if anything is happening.

I'll be on day 5 tomorrow. The regimen is really drawing up my acne fast. I usually considered my acne to be moderate, with small forms of cystic acne every now and again along my jawline. Well, I'm having cystic acne come up in places I never had before. One on my right cheekbone, and a whole onslaught on my left. But I'm feeling confident that this will work. What do we have to lose, right?
I have to say....out of all the regimens I've tried, this is definitely one of the most unique. I was on DKR for over a year, and it helped me in the beginning, but stopped. My face was getting way too dry and flaky. I also did Accutane, twice, and each time the acne came back. Although I loved the way my skin looked after each Accutane round....alas, it was never to last forever.
The great thing about this regimen, is that it's super easy, inexpensive, I don't have layers of product on my face, and despite the drawing effect, I'm confident in the end it'll be all worth it. Rewards come to those who wait.
At 33 years old I did not think I would be on an acne site. I have had acne since I was 12. Accutane 4 times, developed a nice case of colitis from it and still have acne. Although it seems more under control now I saw this forum and figured why not give it a try. Day 3 so far, skin is a little tight and a little red at the moment but I have a clean feeling. I hope this works, it just seems too easy. How about some of you that have been on it for a few weeks, any results? I thought my face would be very dry and flaky but it is not. I have been on so many things like all of us, I just don't want this to be another time. I was thinking the other night (before starting this) as I was putting on Retin-A that I have been on that stuff with other tops and meds for around 20 years. That is a long time my friends.
I'm a veteran poster on this board. I have tryed everything. From Dans reg to eating like a rabbit. Carrots, strictly veggies. I Still got cystic acne. I have been in the hospital twice from my face being covered in cystic acne and getting and infection. I had cortizone shots done on a daily basis. I had one derm feel so sorry for me he gave me a shot pack so I could do it myself. Been on tane, antibiotics. You name it. I'm feed up with people saying you have to eat this way or that way to be clear stay away from this that and the other. I have figured out what it takes to be clear not just me but other people as well. I have tested this regimen on other people besides me so it works. Infact this regimen works so well it has gotten deleted on this board in the past. I have advertised the reg several times in years go by and it has gotten deleted so read it while you can before it gets deleted again. I know I know i been on this boad long enough to know people will say how can you say this regimen works for people. Well my question back to you is have you tried it.Its very simple.
All products can be had at walmart
Oxy 10 Chill Factor
Oxy Bar Soap
psyllium husk fiber capsules
Simple
In the morning take 6 psyllium husk fiber capsules
Then lather the oxy bar soap on your face.
Then rinse it off with a rag
Then use the oxy 10 chill factor apply to the acne prone areas. Let it sit on your face for 10 to 15 mins.
Then rinse it off with a rag. Let your face air dry. One might ask how thick should I put the oxy 10 chill factor on. I say just a decent amount. Not to thick but not to thin.
At night before you go to bed.
repeat same steps minus the taking of the husk fiber capsules since you already took them earlier.
Thats it no 2 inch thick bp no 30 min reg no crack donut look on your face no cystic acne. The thing I have realized is bp is not meant to be left on its meant to be taken off since your skin has already hit a saturation point. Do not say it doesnt work unless you phyiscally tried it.
I will take any questions.
When u use "bp" are u talking about benzoyl peroxide?
Send me a PM about your site bfg, i recently ordered these stuff from amazon and ebay, and omg it is not cheap lol. Shipping is half the price when they have to ship it over to Europe. 100$ lol. Hope that site of your is nice.
But i will pay almost any price to get myself acne free, so hopefully this will work.

33, 4 tane courses and still dealing with acne, that is seriously shit my friend. I really hope this works for you and maybe it can keep me from following in your foot steps. Are you male of female btw?
