I posted two years ago and since then Ive had several treatments. Ive had subcision and profractional laser. Before trying those two methods I spend a lot of money on RF microneedling and other lasers. Ive spent thousands of dollars on my skin and I honestly dont know what I should do. There arent any doctors that do C02/TCA cross where I live so Im thinking of going to Dr. Rullan. I know my scars arent severe but Ive been dealing with this for over 10 years. Any recommendations/advice would be amazing!

also, it seems like my skin got worse after I had subcision. I think the holes from the needles left a scar

Yeah it looks like CROSS might be helpful. Also you might want to look into ablative nonfractional laser.

Thanks so much for your reply! Do you know what type of scars I have in the second and third photo?

Subcision for the atrophic (puddle) scars. Anything sharper/deeper you might want to leave alone or further ponder it. I know they say cross but cross has the risk of widening/deepening and I've seen it happen. But you could try subcision on the puddle/atrophic scars with or without filler I presume. Test one first see how it goes.
