I have this scar between my eyes that is a small 'line' that I have had for as long as I can remember. I have tried all sorts of treatment over the years - microneedling, dermabrasion, etc and while it has improved slightly, it still makes me very self conscious.
Can anybody recommend anything to help improve/smooth the appearance of this? I was thinking perhaps TCA peel or TCA cross?
TCA CROSS might be interesting.
But...and I'm sure you've heard this over and over again before...maybe just accept it. I don't think anyone would notice. It's very minor. And no one is perfect. There can sometimes be side effects even from scar treatments, so in a case like this, if you were, say, my sister, I'd be like "you look great! don't worry about it!" And I'd try to google (or ChatGPT) around maybe CBT technniques or something to get your mind off of it.
But having said that, I'm not minimizing your feelings on it. If it really does bug you, then yeah, for localized indentations like that, TCA is always an interesting choice.
Whatever you choose, if you do decide to treat it more, remember with any scar treatment you're looking for improvement, not complete removal. Stay realistic.
