I am scheduled to have my second 2-day phenol in less than 8 days and honestly, it is a bit surreal. I've really been reflecting a lot on the number of years i've spent treating my scars...what a journey. I wonder with all the technological advances...when will acne scars become a thing of the past? Will it be in our lifetime..?

Anyway. Reminding myself to stay mindful and in the moment.

So much anticipation!

So excited for you! Hopefully this is the last treatment in your journey. I'm also planning of getting a phenol peel along with dermabrassion.
