I would bet filler would help yeah. I personally feel most comfortable with using your own fat when it comes to filler. But yeah, do your research.

BTW, when you got subcision, did you get it with suction? And have you noticed improvement from the subcision?

I saw a huge improvement after the 1st round of subcision I could feel all the fibers being broken and honestly was super satisfied with the results but went for another round hoping too see even more improvement well thats where things took a turn for the worse because after the second round for some reason the spot started to look worse again it still is better than it was but it seems Ive just lost volume in the area and my dr recommended filler to try to bring it back up!

So interesting. Scar repair is so unique person-to-person.
