I hope someone can help me how to treat them

I have already do

2x dermarolling ( i stop this after reading some of the topics in this forums)

2x cannula subcision

Looks like a combination of types of scarring, so I'm betting a combination of treatments would work best. My guess is you might try something like:

  • TCA CROSS for the smaller, ice pick ones
  • Subcision plus suction for the ones that are bigger and still a little tethered
  • Perhaps a little filler (I like the idea of using your own fat personally)
  • And then maybe an ablative laser resurfacing or deep peel after all of that

But...that's just my initial feeling. You'd have to be under the care of a really good specialist. Do you have one? If you've done all of that and haven't gotten great results so far, you might want to try a different person.

Also, make sure to read about the various treatments so you know the basics of each.

yes i will get another clinic and another doctor to treat me. Ill have appointment i think at the end of this month. Because i still recover from my knee surgery. I have asked the clinic that they are use combonation approach to reduce my scarring. They use subcision and TCA and prp. I think for filler i think it later.

You want to make sure you stay on top of what you are getting done and are your own advocate. It always seems like health professionals are on top of things but they aren't always. You need to be.

Yes dan.

i got crack on my knee after i got accident a few month ago. And it didnt go well. I got knee surgery a month ago and i on thr doctor schedule in this week i should learn to walk without using any tools that doctor give me before to help me. Yes Im happy with wahtever happen to me right now. I know my scars dont disaapear that easily. But we need to keep put our health and happiness in number one priority right.
