I went to see Dr. Berlin in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I first considered this almost 20 years ago but could not find someone near me who did it. Life happened and I didn't focus on my scars for a long time. With aging skin on top of some scars (not major but a number of shallow ice picks) I finally decided to do something. I know I will need several treatments and then will follow with some sort of resurfacing. Dr. Berlin is a derm who does a lot of Mohs surgery and a fair amount of acne scar treatments. His philosophy seems in line with all of the major scar treatment docs, in that you need to treat the individual scars with manual methods first to bring them up before resurfacing.

I don't have before pics. The nurse did take some so I can perhaps get a hold of them later along with some after pics.
