Has anyone had success with fat grafting or filler specifically sculptra for acne scars?

the plastic surgeon Im seeing suggests fat transfer to the scars as it is more permanent than filler. She said sculptra doesnt have immediate results but takes time to build collegan and doesnt have immediate results like hyralonic acid filler would.

Thoughts?
