Help, what acne scar treatments would work for this pattern of acne scarring? I have already done 3 sessions of MN, with minimal results. Can TCA cross be used for the large boxcar or does it have to be paint?
TCA can work on larger scars sometimes but it's not always the best thing.
Most importantly, you have to stop acne completely so you are preventing any future scarring. I'd concentrate on that first. The Regimen will get you and keep you clear. Then yeah, TCA seems like it might be a good option.
