Need help for my acne scars

hello , I am 20 y/o suffering from acne scars. I had moderate acne. I am using tretinoin 0.025% gel since april 2022 and they have improved a lot. Still there are red scars , Can anyone help me ? Also I am very confused about face wash , I tried salicylic acid 1% face wash it made my skin very dry and red ( my skin type is sensitive dry skin ) . Any suggestions will be appreciated

I don't see any atrophic scars, except for one small boxcar scar on each side of the face. The main problem here is the post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH). This will naturally subside over time. It may take months to years, depending on the severity of the inflammation which caused it. However, there are certain topicals that can help the process of diminishing PIH. Please have a look into that.

To be honest, I am not well read in the different types of topicals for PIH, but I advice you to read some scientific articles about the topic in order to get acquainted with the knowledge about it.
