I can see some vague stuff but to be honest it's too low quality to tell, pixels are too low. I can't see the sharpness if any. With low quality it looks textural. I wouldn't be that upset in general because it doesn't look very pronounced whatever it is. Maybe a better pic would illustrate it better, quality-wise.
Assuming this procedure caused scarring, do you know what instrument they used or what they say if you tell them? Was it laser? Lasers do have risks in general, and some people could be more prone to weird stuff I would suspect, although I'm not familiar with hair removal cases.

thanks, my phone has a shitty camera, but irl it looks really bad, like pitted scar / poxcar mark... it is electrolysis, they use a needle with galvanic current, and when they fucked up apparently it causes those kind of permanent holes... Like pitted scar, so i don't know which kind of procedure could hep? THANKS

I see. Without clearer imaging I can't really comment on what you could try but generally pitted scarring responds best to aggressive dermabrasion or some sort of erbium laser resurfacing in that area perhaps. Although if your scars are very shallow I wouldn't risk either procedure on them as they could also produce unwanted results. I just can't tell how deep or sharp they are.
Possible you could explore advice on whether some sort of peel might help. Some have had results from TCA cross on pitted but the risks are great and if you try that, be sure to try just 1 spot at a time and not like 10 spots if it worsens.
It's kind of odd that electrolysis would cause scarring, did they screw it up in a definable way? Needle was too erratic? Current was too high or something? I'm just confused at causing permanent scarring at that but idk.
Again if your scars are very shallow don't try any of the above really, it's too risky for shallow "textural" scars. You could end up worsening things.

do you think that maybe tretinoin could help those holes, pitted scar?

It probably couldn't hurt and since those scars are new and shallow it might but I tried tretinoin 0.025 for months and didn't see much of anything. I think it doesn't go deep enough. But you could try. Just do it slowly at first few days a week if you do.
