People have done it at 2,4, and 6 weeks after excision. Some people have also combined punches and laser in the same session as there were studies that it produced unnoticeable scar. The laser is co2 fractional as it doesnt bleed. Only excise the deep ones which are not responding to cross or lasers and less then 2 to 3 mm. And make sure they are not right next to another. To be on safe side do less than 3 and see how it heal and if u like it. You can always excise more but we dont want to worsen
