I™m 29 years old..,had acne for more than 10 years that left me with scars.Can anyone pls identify what kind of scars are these on my head and what treatment would be best for me.I have had 2 ablative fraxel( first in Dec 2021 and 2nd on 7th Feb 2022)with 0 results.. moreover fraxel has made my skin more sensitive to breakout and temperature.
Looks like rolling scars to me. I'm surprised ablative fractional didn't do anything. Perhaps a deep peel could help, but most importantly is to get under the care of a qualified doc so they can lead you in a good direction.
