What should I do? Boxcar scars didn't respond to CO2 and subcision

Had cystic acne 3 years ago that I thankfully cleared up. Was left with this sort of lineated boxcar scarring along my furrow lines. Have had CO2 laser with subcision a few months ago and had no results from it whatsoever, feeling kind of defeated.

Extremely thin skin on the forehead so I would assume the options are limited. Luckily it's on those furrow lines which makes it kind of acceptable in my opinion. Are you against growing your hair out at all, is that an option? I have a scar on my forehead from a procedure as well I just grow my hair over it frankly.

Other than that I will yield this question to someone who knows more about thin skin areas. The only thing I could think of would be potentially laser (which obviously didn't work) or something like excision which may remove branches but probably not the lines in general which probably won't make you happy.

I'm not really surprised by subscision not working I mean the forehead is so thin and devoid of fat and sensitive you'd probably have to go in with such a thin needle and try to generate collagen healing. Maybe you have to do subscision more times to see results in thinner fat areas, just don't know. I know they don't like working on the temple either.

Options of filler or fat transfer should be considered I just don't know how well/if the forehead takes those tbh.

you should continue with subcision and filling with another doctor. laser will not be effective for these scars

I have similar scars on my forehead. At the moment I have had 2 collagen subcisions, I see a slight improvement. Please continue to talk about your procedures, I am very interested in your further development.

Nice to know we're not alone. I decided to start with micro needling at home. Doing single needle at 1.5 mm in the scars and their edges every ~6 weeks. Will let you know how it progresses.
