Can i repeat the subcision and filler after 14 days because the first one give me not that result ?

Nah just subcision and filler wait minimum 6 weeks rfm might be useful but please do not do prp

I still use isotretinoin in ultra low Dosis 30miligrams per week...can i still use it at maintenance Dose or do i have to stop taking the medication for the next treatments?

30g isn't low dose, I took two 40mg doses for moderate/severe acne.

I concur try subscision and/or filler because you just have that fat loss on your lower cheeks but to be honest the beard hides it well I had to really scroll into the picture to see well.

Someone said you don't need to wait 6 months off accutane for subscision but I don't know whether that's true or not, personally I'd wait just in case but you should ask a few drs.

I'd probably try to look at fillers that grow collagen or are not risky. I heard mixed things about sculptra so idk but might be worth a try.

as already been said, you need more subcision+filler. Subcision with accutane is ok, btw.

prp does nothing to scars, it speeds up healing (for a few days), dissolving bruises and nothing more. You can do it if you have freemoney, but you won't miss anything without it.

What do you think how manysubcision and filler treatments? And what Kind of filler? Just hyaluron filler for keep distance after subcision?

Can i usw rfmn for example after 4 subcision/fillers ? And how long i have to wait betwenn sub and filler...6weeks?

Btw are there only rolling scars or other scars too?

I was thinking about fat transfer...is this an option as filler after subcision or is hyaluron better?

And can i use the subcision-suction method with hyaloron filler+subcision too after the third day or not because of the filler?

Well I mean 20mg is the lowest dose there is for Accutane but my point was there's no "low dose" when it comes to the drug it's all pretty strong. It's a very strong drug. I would just follow your dr's instructions but I would also be careful about any surgery until you let some time pass after any dosage of the drug. Whether subscision is part of that rule or not, not sure, but better to be safe. Accutane messes with the oil and healing aspects of the skin.

I was researching this but it's ambiguous about it's risks and fat transfer itself may not last more than 5-10 years. I have seen some good reports but also some where it "shifts" or just doesn't work well gets reabsorbed, so honestly who knows. think subscision should be tried several times because it's more permanent and natural if it works, from a good dr. HA fillers are super temporary but not risky but paired alongside subscision probably sounds okay if subscision works. Then there's the subscision + sculptra which is hit or miss I guess but is allegedly designed to help generate collagen.

Having never got filler (yet) or subscision on my one depression I couldn't tell you what I'd prefer only that each has given certia people results more or less, and others not so much. Others might be able to shed more light on which might be better. I think sticking with subscision and seeing if multiple treatments help (so long as it's not worsening anything) is probably beneficial alongside (take your pick) something like sculptra or an ordinary filler (hy acid like juvederm).

You only 2 weeks after your subcision so you have to wait as collagen is rebuilding right now. Live a healthy lifestyle as it is a key in healing process and collagen rebuilding.

Yeah i live very healthy, sleep enough, good nutrition, no smoke,...

Okay so my next plan is: In 1 month Sculptra(6Weeks after sub+HA), 4 Weeks after sculptra a newSubcission(because i read that its better to make first sculptra and after 4 Weeks subcision not both at the same time because sculptra dont bring distance it need to be activated for 4 Weeks) and than wait 3month and make a New subcision and sculptra (now in the same moment because the Frist sculptra is still activated) and than maybe next sculptra+sub or sub+HA or rf microneedling to stimulate the sculptra

Is it okay when i make Sub+skulptra than after 3 Mon RF Mikroneedling for better Stimulation for the Skulptra than after 3 mon again Sub+Skulptra and after 3mon again Rf Mikroneedling? Or is it better to make first 2-3 times Sub+Skulptra with 3 mon Breaks and after that Mikroneedling Rf?

No idea? Better do make rf microneedling in between sculptra and subcision or first make 2-3 Sessions of sculptra and Sub and after the 2-3 session rf microneedling?
