The article in questionstates this is for wrinklesI doubt it will do much for scars. I would wait to see some user experiences before looking at this kind of treatment. Fraxel Laser is FDA approveddoesnt mean I would want to get it.

Good point.

Also it's only been fda approved for wrinkles on the lower part of the face in skin type I-IV.

There's a study being conducted about the efficacy on acne scars actually.

it will depend on what interval they perform the 3 micro-coring treatments. But treatments are always done off label for other indications.

Dysport is only approved for forehead lines but people still use it for bunny lines etc¦

Any acne scar sufferer should know that lol

also, why so pessimistic in all your posts?
it™s a choice to look at the glass as half full or half empty

pfff wrinkles and sagging skin. Why don't they do intensive research on scars? It's always wrinkles and sagging skin... Scar sufferers are young and affected by this horrible condition their whole life

Pessimistic? I say realistic :) I am liking Shei's results from the deep phenol peel very much so far and am planning on getting it done myself. But when I see shady treatments and light tricks in photos I'm not keeping it to myself haha.

Well hey that™s more than fair. Kudos to that x10. Shady treatments and light tricks should be taken seriously on this thread since people can get so carried away

Approval process, if it does get that far, could take several years for acne scars. I wouldn™t get too excited yet.

I think several years might be pushing it tbh.. maybe 1 or 2 years

And I think the concept of removing skin can only be beneficial to someone who suffers from acne scars and has overall damaged skin
