Depends on the settings. Mild - 1,2 days. High settings can cause you PIE or PIH for 7 to 10 days, sometimes PIH for weeks.

I don't remember Infini redness being too much of an issue. PIE from lasers are a more serious thing. It should calm in a week or two.

Thank you. Its been 2 days and now instead of a reddish colour its turned to a light pinkish. Does that sound normal?

How are you doing now? I've done Intracel RF microneedling before and redness can last for 4-6 days.

Light pink is better than red. At least there's some progress! Don't use anything harsh such as facial scrubs (St. Ives) or anything other than gentle washes.
