Would like some opinions on the correct treatment for these temple acne scars. Most places I find would do subcision because of the nerves.

I had your skin soI'll suggest what worked for me for like 70% improvement:

Many subcisions + suction + filler. Like 6 or 7 subcisions. Don't fill until after the 3rd or 4th subcision. Once you're happy with the lift, do a resurfacing treatment.

Given your widespread scarring you may benefit from a vial of diluted sculptra + wait one month + infini.

 

No suggestions for bay area doctors; we are spoileddown in SoCal.
