How to elevate depressed scars (without clear scar border)

Under overhead flashlight in a dark roomI can see those depressed scars very well, but I can't reallysee them facing direct sunlight or in carrearviewmirrors, so I don't think there's much to be done about the texture anymore. Is there a safe, low risk method to elevatethose scars by a notch? I'd prefer permanent improvements, so not really considering fillers at this stage.

Thanks!

I dont see a way to fix these types of scars without filler. Many have tried over the years, so did I.

Subcision alone helps a little but the volume in those pits are pretty much gone forever. You can build collagen but typically the collagen builds everywhere for treatments like Infini, laser, etc. it doesnt help depressed scars.

Manysubcision sessions followed by filler is the only way Ive seen work, and hope the filler actually sticks. There will be permanent improvement even with temporary filler.

If you don't have identifiable scar borders, then you're a good candidate for fillers. I don't see why you would not want to take advantage of fillers. BTW there are "permanent" fillers like Bellafill (or even semi-permanent fillers like Sculptra) that can last a long time.

Unfortunately, our body doesn't make enough collagen on its own to fill the hole. Also rememeber that it's also a scar, not a wrinkle. Scars are anatomically different from wrinkles. Scars don't easily mix with newer collagen.

Well i read online , that constant refilling with ha fillercan help regenerate soft tissue and create dermal matrix , so it can giveu permanent lifting
