TCA Cross would be something you should look into. It's a long process but your scars seem suitable for it.

If you are thinking about lasers, go for fractional CO2. I don't think non-ablative stuff will do anything unless you get it 50 times. There are risks to lasers. Read my previous posts since you are new here. Lasers will also cause redness and/or hyperpigmentation. For me, this lasts 2-4 months. Doctors will tell you to apply hydroquinone but you're still going to get it. Lasers are highly operator dependent. If you go to a doctor who doesn't know how to aggressively treat, you might just be blowing your money. With reward comes risk...

You can also look into radiofrequency microneedling. I usually don't advocate it but your scars might be more suitable for them. I haven't seen many people post about successful treatments but if youhave the money and time for recovery, it might be worth a shot.

Try BBL forever young or bbl Hero for redness and superficial things , 2-3 treatments spaced 6-8 weeks should do the trick , the resurface with CO2 2-3 times and Thats it , however CO2 has risks , get ready for some downtime , f. e . im 3 and half months post fractional CO2 , im man , white, fitzpatrick 2 i guess , and i stil have pih and some discoloration , it is fading away but still , with this tempo it ll take 6 months , its brutal procedure
