Hello, So I have been suffering from acne since last couple of years and now I have multiple acne scars.

I need a professional help to figure out which treatment is best for me, I already had several sessions of

Subcisions, Co2 lasers, RF Micro needling and a filler too but I noticed very less improvement.

Please let me know what should I do to see good improvements.

So is the acne completely under control? If it's still active, you will need to get that under control first.

You say you've been suffering from acne for the last couple years. So are the scarsabout 2 years old? Also how long has it been since you received all those treatments you've mentioned above? That's quite a lot within 2 years.

Anyway, you pretty much have all scar types: boxcar, icepick and rolling scars. Some I would considersevere, which will need subcision. Overall, you will likely require many treatments spanning over at least 3 years.

For now, I would start with at least 2 subcisions then follow up with TCA for resurfacing.

Good luck.

If you've already done subcision, you went to the wrong person. Those shadowy divots will all benefit from subcision in the right hands. I would start there.

Question is what kind of subscision

I would start with *low dose* accutane if you have already attempted retinoid / antibiotic use or better yet weekly/bi weekly nd:yag 1064 treatments to try to get collagen production going and controlling the breakouts by regulating sebaceous gland activity
