Used apple cider vinegar for mole. Will this scar?

There's a dark discoloration around the scar too and im not sure what is going on. Will this cause a scar and what should I do to help clear it.

It's called a chemical burn. Keep it moist at all times by applying vaseline. It will eventually crust and heal.
